First Impressions

Sight: A shorter man of russian decent with dark hair in a bowl cut and brown eyes. He's only twenty nine but looks older than that, his eyes are sunken in, his pale skin gaunt, his life has clearly been unkind to him. He wears a signature snakeskin jacket (yes, really,) with a red cravat around his neck, fashioned with a snake pin (bc yes, patho2 fashion, because I can) and boots with a thick heel to them to make him just the slightest bit taller.
Sound: His voice sounds tired. Soft, but but with a tone of arrogance and conviction. Like this.
Smell: Like fancy cologne with an undercut of disinfectant if you linger for too long.
